We provide a range of services, from delivering beautiful balloon bouquets to fully decorating your entire event. Our involvement can be tailored to your needs, depending on the type and scale of your occasion.
It varies based on your needs. If you’re interested in a special occasion bouquet, reach out to inquire about our available themes. We always have options for birthdays, baby showers, love messages, get well wishes, etc. For specific themes or characters, we require at least one week’s notice. We can customize any bouquet to fit almost any theme, color, size, and detail. For decorations suggest to reserve as soon as you have your date or your venue. Quotes and estimates do not guarantee date availability for decorations. You may get a quote for your event, but until you make a reservation we cannot guarantee we are available for your event.
During certain seasons, holidays, and weekends, the demand for balloon decorations increases. We suggest reaching out to us to check availability as soon as you decide to use our services. While we have accommodated reservations over a year in advance, we also handle last-minute orders when possible. However, placing orders at the last minute risks our unavailability or may incur a rush fee. Therefore, we recommend avoiding last-minute orders, even for small parties, to ensure we can meet your needs effectively.
To secure your balloon reservation, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50%, which holds your event date and time. This deposit is necessary for events scheduled more than 14 days in advance. The remaining balance is due one week before the delivery date. Additionally, we need a credit card guarantee for decorations involving special effect equipment or other balloon apparatus such as bases or frames.
We accept PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or cash as method of payment.
We do not accept cancellations for special occasion bouquets or loose balloons. However, you can contact us 72 hours in advance to reschedule the delivery date, but no refunds will be provided for these items. If you cancel your balloon decoration order at least two weeks before the event or delivery date and have paid in full, we will refund the amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within one week of the delivery date must be paid in full. The date was reserved exclusively for your event, and sometimes the balloons have already been prepared, and the delivery time was allocated specifically for you, preventing us from accepting other clients.
We deliver to Pasco, and Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. For deliveries outside these counties, please contact us.
Delivery fees are based in the distance from our office, the time and service required. We do not charge the same for a bouquet delivery than a decoration delivery that includes set up. We will include the delivery/pick up fee on your quote.
We do not permit pick-ups for balloon arrangements. Most orders and designs are too large to fit into standard vehicles, making self-transport challenging. Additionally, some designs require on-site setup. By delivering and setting up the decorations ourselves, we ensure professional assembly and installation. Although balloons might seem easy to transport, they are actually quite tricky and bulky.
Every ocassion or event is unique, making it challenging to provide a general price. We consider various factors such as the venue, setup time, distance, type of decoration, and balloon selection to ensure each occasion receives special attention. However, we do offer pricing for basic columns, arches, and bouquets, which you can view here. We have done work from $25 to thousands of dollars. We’ll give you the most value for your money. When you reserve your décor, the delivery and setup fee will be included. If you require us to handle the teardown, please inform us in advance to receive an estimate. Arrangements for this service must be made beforehand. For decorations involving frames, bases, neon signs or special equipment, teardown may be mandatory depending on the type of equipment or framing used.
Tampa Balloons uses high-quality balloons that are specifically chosen for durability, color consistency, and performance. Due to our experience, we do not utilize or accept balloons or “kits” provided by the client as they may not meet our standards, leading to potential issues like premature popping or color fading.
We treat all our balloons to extend their helium retention and maintain their shine for longer periods. Indoors, untreated 11” latex balloons typically around 10 hours when filled with helium, whereas treated balloons can last 3-5 days. The balloon size also impacts its longevity—the larger the balloon, the longer it will last. Our standard balloon size is 11”, but we offer balloons ranging from 5” to 8 feet. Outdoor decorations ahve different specifications.
Yes, we do outdoor balloon decorations. Butb bear in mind, after the decor has been completed or delivered, we are not liable for any damage caused by inclement weather or strong winds, nor for any event cancellations. Tampa Balloons is also not responsible for any damage resulting from crowds, or event staff moving or attempting to move or handle the decor.
We would love to, but we can’t guarantee outdoor work. We make every attempt to have your décor looking its best at the time it is assembled. We use only professional supplies and the best latex balloons, the best equipment in the industry. The Florida weather affects outdoor balloons, especially the wind, heat, and humidity. We do the best job we possibly can.
Yes we can, and it’s a total success! Let us to know what you would like your gift/present to be and we will give you prices and ideas. We can insert stuffed animals, chocolates, candy, champagne, etc.
